Our Business
Walters Monument Company is one of the oldest monument companies in the area. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality service, fastest turnaround time, and a custom memorial for your loved ones that will last a lifetime.
Our office started in 1920 in Summit Hill, Pennsylvania. Craig Walters Sr. has been the owner for over 25 years. He has been in the business since he was 19 years old. A few of our employees have been with him ever since he started.
He has worked his way through the entire company, starting as an accountant. Every time someone left the company, he filled in their spot and quickly learned the ins and outs of the trade. He has worked in every position of the company.
After Craig Sr. passed in 2021, Helen and Craig Jr. resumed running the company. Helen has been helping Craig Sr. since he took over the company and Craig Jr. has been employed full time since 2008.
Our company strives on providing you with the best quality granite and designs at the lowest cost. We have our artist on-site who does all the drawings and etchings. Along with him, we have a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) team featuring hundreds of designs.
Along with Craig and Helen we have our own CAD designer, sandblast technician, on site engraver and installation professionals.
